1. Artists Right To Refuse Commission Request
A. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason. Reasons I may refuse a request include but are not limited to; Image Quality, lack of inspiration, or the art request promoting eating disorders, self-injury, suicide, harassment, bullying, child pornography, graphic injury, unlawful activity, dangerous or criminal organizations, racism, homophobia, or sexist slurs and more.
2. Payments
A. Art requests must be approved before payment is submitted. If I have not approved the request and a payment is sent, I will refund your payment as soon as possible.
B. Payment will be collected in advance to reserve the clients' spot in line. All artwork payments will include a booking fee of $2.00 USD this fee is non-refundable. I will not book a client nor begin artwork for a client without the full payment being submitted first.
C. I only accept PayPal and Cash App as payment for all of my custom commissions, adoptable, and premade. I do not accept IMVU credits/gifts or Second Life Lindens/gifts as payment unless stated otherwise. (Some promotions may accept credits/lindens or gifts and will be advertised as such)
D. Payment will be sent via PayPal or Cash App. If the client can not complete payment through these options, the client may request a private invoice via email where they can submit their payment.
E. All coupons that are received from giveaways and raffles will expire 2 months after the date it was received.
3. Client Responsibilities
A. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information. If we contact you using the information you provide and we do not get a response within 3 - 5 business days, we will consider it as a cancellation of your order.
B. The client is responsible for making sure the images are not overly pixelated. This helps the artist to provide a cleaner and higher quality digital art piece.
C. The client is responsible for providing a detailed description of what they would like in their art piece. I will match client requests to the best of my ability but also have the right to dismiss certain requests for any reason. No corrections will be made after the client has received their finished piece UNLESS there is a flat error.
Flat Errors:

The text is spelled incorrectly.

The artist made a request error.
(EXAMPLE: The client asked that the eye color be changed to blue, but the artist accidentally made them green).

The artist forgot to fill in an area.

The Artist forgot to erase spots on the piece.
D. The client is expected to be patient. Each order will be booked to begin on a specific day. This does not ensure that your order will be COMPLETED that day, only that it will be STARTED. Completion can take up to 5 - 7 business days after your order date.
(Some orders may vary).
4. Art Agreement
A. Art WILL NOT be sold text-less/nameless. If you do not provide a name or text to be placed on your art, I will place my logo on it.
B. After payment is sent to KawaiiNurseBubbles, no concept, style, the number of characters, or add-on changes can be made. Your payment is confirmation that your order details are final. The ONLY changes that will be accepted are hair color, eye color, skin/fur color, or name (text).
5. OC, Adoptable & Premade Art
A. All clients that order/buy OC or adoptable from KawaiiNurseBubbles are expected to represent themselves with the character design through the adoptable, character description, or character layout sheet.
B. New OC’s that are being created from scratch must have reference pictures and descriptions of how they will look, act, personality, likes & dislikes, and what colors you would like to be used.
C. All adoptable/premade that are bought are now your characters to keep, as long as the original artist (KawaiiNurseBubbles) is credited on the piece. Each one comes with a custom piece of art, custom name you choose from and a layout sheet for them.
Privacy Agreement
By submitting an order and sending payment both parties will respect each other's privacy and hold any information
(PayPal, email, name, etc) to themselves.
This information will only be used for completing orders and art services.
Copyright Policy
Do not resell or distribute any parts of your art without permission from KawaiiNurseBubbles.
Do not re-create, or repaint over my artwork.
Do not claim to be the artist of the artwork you purchase from me. Please credit KawaiiNurseBubbles, on all purchases.
Do not use any pictures or artwork without permission from KawaiiNurseBubbles or the original buyer.
All theft will be reported via DMCA
Final Notes
If any of these terms are violated, you will receive a cease of services notice and be placed on a temporary ban.
If violations persist you will be blacklisted from all KawaiiNurseBubbles Services and Activities.
(This includes giveaways, collaborations, art raffles, etc.)
If a PayPal or Cash App Case is opened BEFORE an attempt to contact KawaiiNurseBubbles, this will result in an automatic ban from my services. I ask that you give me the opportunity to fix any issues before taking direct actions through your payment provider.
By placing an order or purchasing an item from KawaiiNurseBubbles, you are agreeing to
all of the terms & conditions, privacy agreement, and copyright policy.
